Fuzhou base is located in Culu Island, Lianjiang county, Fujian Province, with a production site area of nearly 300000 square meters. It has two wind power suction caisson/ mono- pile production lines (with a maximum diameter of 13 meters), four wind power jacket leg and skirt pile production lines, forming an annual production capacity of 70 sets of suction caisson/ 50 large-diameter wind power mono-piles, 50 sets of wind jackets and skirt piles. It is the most complete offshore wind power steel structure manufacturing base presently in Fujian with outstanding specialization, with an annual comprehensive capacity of 150000 tons.

Range of pipe diameters that can be produced in Fuzhou base is Φ 1000 ~ 13000mm rolled pipe, and the maximum wall thickness (DH36) is 120mm; the maximum lifting capacity of the infield is 200 tons, and the maximum lifting capacity of the outfield is 700 tons. It has a SPMT with a net load capacity of 2000 tons, which can deliver a single piece weighing 2000 tons.

Fuzhou base has a total infield area of 26000 square meters, an outdoor storage yard of 45000 square meters and a distance of 30km from Mawei marine wharf for convenient shipping.
