On February 20, 2021, the first batch of 6 mono-piles of Vietnam Hiep Thanh Wind Power Farm 78mw offshore wind power project built by Hefei Ziking Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Wenchuan heavy industry, a subsidiary of CSSC Huangpu Wenchong company, were successfully loaded and shipped from Zhongshan base. This is the first batch of overseas wind power mono- piles produced by Zhongshan base, marking the phased achievements of the company's Vietnam offshore wind power project and the successful export of offshore wind power products, It has taken a solid step towards entering the overseas wind power market.

The project is located in Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam, including the production tasks of 30 sets of mono-pile foundations in Tra Vinh and Hiep Thanh wind farms. It is the first overseas wind power mono-pile project undertaken by the company. The Vietnam mono-pile manufacturing project is carried out in strict accordance with the European standard specifications, and the whole process is supervised by BV classification society, with high technical requirements. Since the undertaking of the project, the company has attached great importance to it and quickly established a strong and high-quality management and production team to continuously optimize process control and make overall production arrangements. Especially during the Spring Festival, the management team of Zhongshan base and more than 100 front-line production employees voluntarily gave up the Spring Festival holiday, spared no effort to ensure the production nodes, and finally successfully completed the delivery of the first batch of products. The product quality was also recognized by the general contractor, East China Survey Design and Research Institute of China Power Construction Group and BV classification society, which accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent products of the project, At the same time, it also laid a good foundation for undertaking overseas projects in the future.
